PARIS au Sucre

The ultimate indulgence—a sweet pèlerinage to where pâtisserie becomes art.

At Angelina Paris, with locations inside the Louvre Museum and the Palace of Versailles, chocolat chaud arrives dense and dark, paired with pastries—glossed, precise.

Our first taste of Pierre Hermé Paris came from a small kiosk at the top of the Eiffel Tower—light macarons, complex flavours. The images here, from his Paris shop show pâtisserie masterpieces, beautiful, exact, unmistakably sucré.

Legendary Chocolat Chaud that Angelina is famous for.

The quintessential chocolate éclair..

When we visited the Palace of Versailles we couldn't resist another visit to Angelina caffe, located inside the palace. The pastries we tried there were masterpieces. Layers of complex flavours artfully presented with utmost precision

Next, we went in search of macarons across Paris. After a first taste at the top of the Eiffel Tower, we made our way to Pierre Hermé Paris in Le Marais.
